Where are the goods shipped from?
All our skirts are shipped from our laboratory in Genoa, Italy.
What is the return and exchange policy for this shop?
Returns are not generally accepted, given that skirts are subject to change before shipment, in accordance with the size option selected during the purchase. However, we like to establish a relationship of trust with our customers, therefore, if you encounter problems of fit, we are always at your disposal to solve them.
Do you accept orders made outside of Italy?
Sure! We can ship anywhere.
How can I be sure that the skirt fits me?
Our skirts have a regular fit and thanks to the elastic waist they dress without the need for modifications of numerous sizes, precisely from 40 to 48. In addition, for greater safety, you can indicate your size during the purchase and we will do in way to make any improvements before shipping.
How long will it take to process my order?
It depends on the type of refinements needed. Usually the shipment is made in a couple of working days
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped, most domestic orders take 2 to 5 business days to arrive. Delivery times for international shipments can vary between 1 and 2 weeks. We will share the tracking number once the shipment is made.
How do I pay for my order? It's safe?
Our payment process uses PayPal, one of the most reliable online payment solutions on the web. For this reason, our website has all the same titles and payment fraud protection as PayPal.com.
